The Carbon Diet
Bill loves whole wheat toast. But it can't be made in the toaster. Even on their highest settings, normal toasters cause the bread to come out too anemic. For Bill, toast isn't toast unless it is almost black. And the best way to accomplish this is with a frying pan. There was a time when Bill loaded lots of butter and jam on toast. In recent years, Bill, and Rhonda have acquired the taste for toast all by itself. It's much healthier that way anyway.
Here are their set point scores for this week:
Rhonda: (S) 90 (S) 100 (M) 100 (T) 100 (W) 100 (T) 100 (F) 100
Bill: (S) 90 (S) 100 (M) 100 (T) 100 (W) 100 (T) 100 (F) 100
Despite these relatively good scores, Bill gained one pound, up to 226 pounds this week, and Rhonda stayed the same at 233 pounds. However, they remain optimistic that over the long haul, things will turn out okay. And things are turning out.
The Carbon Diet sounds very enviornmentally friendly.
